SmartGrade
Pile knockdown, rough grading, and finish grading are all common skid steer tasks. Our 2D grading offers an introduction to grading technology with simple planes and can be used inside buildings, while the more advanced SmartGrade 3D grade control option uses GNSS (Global Navigational Satellite System) receivers, has consistent pass matching, and digital screens.
SmartGrade takes the guesswork out of grading jobs by using 3D models with complex slopes and cut/fill requirements. This is technology, normally only found in large equipment, is now available in the 333G Compact Track Loader with the advantage of lower entry cost and increased maneuverability.
How does this affect you?
While not every jobsite needs grade control, the increased accuracy and efficiency can be helpful. SmartGrade will automatically rasie/lower the boom and bucket to produce the goal grade. Finding skilled labor is a continued challenge, so advanced technology like SmartGrade can supplement worksite needs.
