COMMERCIAL VS. RESIDENTIAL

First, let's find out if you need a commercial mower or a residential mower. If you don't already know, there are a couple of things you can look at to determine this. Think about how often you intend to use it per week and the size of your property that will need mowing.

Commercial

Commercial mowers are built to be used anywhere from 2 to 20 times a day. If you own a lawn care business, for example, you will want a commercial mower. They are more durable, typically mow at greater speeds than residential, and in some cases will have a smoother ride. They are composed of high-quality parts that will do a pristine job. The extra investment of a commercial mower may not make as much sense to the homeowner with a smaller yard, but if you own your own business maintaining lawns or have a larger yard, you will definitely get your money's worth.

Residential

Residential mowers are built to be used around once or twice per week. This will not affect the quality of lawn maintenance that your John Deere mower puts out. You will still get the same pristine results at a more affordable price.

Choosing A Style

We offer a variety of mowers at Heritage including:

Zero-Turns

We offer commercial and residential Zero-Turns. This particular style is very popular due to its impressive ability to make tight turns and get those hard-to-reach spots and its incredible speed. If your yard is full of trees or other demanding turns, you might want to consider the Zero-Turn.

Ride-On Mowers

The Traditional Lawn Tractor is a John Deere staple. You can maintain massive yards in no time with this style of mower. They move fast and cut grass faster, but tend to not do well on steep slopes. This mower is for you if your yard is large and relatively flat.

Walk-Behind Mowers and Stand-On Mowers

Walk-Behind and Stand-On mowers are both excellent commercial options. Both styles of mower offer the ability to quickly cut various types of terrain, maneuver tight spaces with ease and are very easy to operate. They provide a beautiful cut while simultaneously being highly productive.

Honda Push-Mowers

For the homeowner with a smaller yard looking for excellent performance without the large equipment, we offer Honda Push-Mowers. Simple and reliable, these self-propelling mowers are efficient and easy to use. We offer numerous models with numerous features, residential as well as commercial.

1 Series CUTs with Mowing Attachments

We also offer the 1 Series Compact Utility Tractors with mowing attachments. Spend more time working and less time switching equipment with easy implement swaps. With AutoConnectTM technology, the mid-mower deck can be removed or installed within just five minutes. If you are looking for more than just a mower, this might be the deal for you.
