John Deere 4 Series

Coming in as the largest and most powerful of John Deere’s compact tractors, the 4 Series tractors provide the working capacity most small farm owners need. They bring a lot of power but remain compact in size making them great for tackling jobs such as hauling hay, putting in fence rows, clearing brush, and more. The 4 Series is made up of two lineups, the Ms and the Rs. With the 4M tractors, you get to choose from 3 horsepower options ranging from 44-66hp. All three of the M models are equipped with an open operator station and all must-have features. The 4R tractors come in the same 3 horsepower options as the Ms and are available with an open station or a cab. Aside from the operator station options, the main difference between the M and Rs is the number of features. The 4R tractors come equipped with more features and are upgraded for greater comfort.
