High-capacity alternator kit

This kit provides the additional amperage output required while operating certain attachments at low idle for long periods of time.

At high idle, the kit will supply up to an additional 45 amps and, when combined with the existing output, will provide up to 60 amps cumulative.

The heavy-duty DENSO® alternator in the kit is completely enclosed, sealing out all possible contaminants. This alternator has been tested in diverse conditions to ensure durability.

Front bumper (includes front receiver hitch)

Composed of strong tubular steel, the front bumper protects the front of the Gator™ Utility Vehicle.

Front bumper/brush guard

Composed of strong tubular steel, the heavy-duty bumper and brush guard protect the unit from front impacts, as well as add increased protection to the grille and headlights.

Front fender guard

The front fender guard is composed of strong tubular steel that protects the unit from side impacts.

The 5-gal. (18.9-L) pail holder is ideal for operators who want to maximize the work capability of their Gator™ Utility Vehicle. The 5-gal. (18.9-L) pail holder keeps pails in place within the cargo box, ensuring that they stay safe and secure. Featuring the quick-clamp mounting system, it mounts easily to the cargo rails of the cargo box with just one clamp.

The cargo bed extender conveniently extends the rear of the cargo bed, and also acts as a cargo box divider when it is flipped inside of the cargo box. The cargo bed extender easily flips in or out with the use of quick-pull pins.

Deluxe cargo box bed mat

The deluxe cargo box bed mat not only protects the steel floor from scratches and dents, it also provides additional cushioning and slip resistance to items being hauled in the cargo box.

The Gator™ XUV Series can be equipped with an optional divider for the deluxe cargo box. The dividers can be positioned at the front or rear of the cargo box bed. To change positions of the dividers, simply release the speedrail locks by hand and slide into new position, then close the locks to secure the dividers.

Cargo box fender guard kit

The cargo box fender guards offer enhanced styling in addition to heavy-duty protection to the side of the cargo box:

• Compatible with all model year 2011 and later Gator™ XUV 625i, XUV 825i, and XUV 855D Utility Vehicles.
• Compatible with model year 2013 - current Gator XUV 825i S4 and XUV 855D S4 Utility Vehicles.

NOTE: BM22767 rear bumper is required to install the cargo box fender guards.

Cargo box power lift kit

The power lift kit utilizes an electromechanical actuator for easy raising and lowering of the Gator™ cargo box.

A switch is conveniently located on the dash to operate the power lift kit. As with all Gator electrical kits, the power lift kit ties into the vehicle's wiring harness for quick installation.

Compatible with the following models:

• Gator TE (if equipped with 48-V to 12-V converter), TX, and TX Turf Utility Vehicles

Cargo box side extension kit

The cargo box side extension kit expands the versatility of the Gator™ Utility Vehicles and is ideal for those who are enhancing their property and landscape. The extensions allow operators to haul twice the volume (not to exceed cargo box weight capacity) of light material such as grass clippings and mulch. 

Product features include:

• Four-sided structure that increases cargo box side height to 533 mm (21 in.) and volume to 0.74 m³ (26 cu ft)
• Mounted on the sides and front with hardware, while the tailgate can be attached or removed without tools
  • Tailgate pivots at the top (similar to a dump truck) for ease of dumping loose material

The remote cargo box release kit makes opening the cargo box much easier due to limited hand clearance space between the deluxe cab and deluxe cargo box. This kit includes a bracket assembly that quickly mounts to the deluxe cargo box.

It is compatible with the following vehicles:

• TH 6x4 Gas, TH 6x4 Diesel, TE, and TX Utility Vehicles with a deluxe cargo box and equipped with a deluxe glass cab and manual cargo box lift (no power lift).

Side storage box

The side storage box offers over 0.03 m³ (1 cu ft) of storage space to keep valuable items dry and secure.

Required to power electrical cab accessories, this kit includes an overhead console to mount switches that operate electrical accessories, the main cab harness, the 30-A fuse holder, the 30-A fuse, and the roof padding.

Rubber floor mat

Washable mat protects the floor and minimizes dust, debris, and noise in the operator station.

The forced-air heater kit uses a dash-mounted heater powered by gasoline from the vehicle's fuel system. Since the heater is using fuel instead of warm coolant from the engine to generate heat, the cab heat is available more rapidly. The desired cab temperature can be reached with or without the engine running.

• Dash-mounted, five-position control dial to adjust for operator comfort
• Position 1 is off
• Positions 2 to 5 offer four heat levels (low, medium, high, and boost, respectively)
• LED indicator light for operation
• Dash-mounted, directional louver provides windshield defrosting and complete operator comfort

Operation of forced-air heater

Upon startup, the heater's control module runs a self-diagnostic check for safety. Then, the blower begins to increase speed as fuel is fed into the burner. Once the combustion process has stabilized, the glow plug is switched off. The heater continues to run until the thermostat senses the temperature has reached the setting on the control dial.

The heater will then switch to the next lowest setting. The heater will return to the higher setting as the temperature drops below the setting on the control dial. If the heater switches itself off, it will automatically restart when the temperature drops below the setting on the control dial.

If the heater's control module senses an incorrect air-intake volume, incorrect exhaust volume, incorrect fan speed, flame absence, flame loss, overheating, control dial failure, sensor failure, blower failure, glow plug failure, fuel pump failure, incorrect voltage, short-circuit or control module failure, the heater is immediately switched off and a fault code is recorded. 

When the heater is switched off, the green light goes off and fuel is no longer fed to the burner. The glow plug remains switched on for 30 seconds to clear the heater of combustible residue. To prevent damage to the heater, the blower continues to run until the heater is cool.

The 45-gal. (170-L) Gator bed sprayer is designed to work with the Gator vehicles equipped with the steel bed or deluxe cargo box. It provides an excellent way to apply spray materials such as liquid fertilizer, weed killer, tree spray, and de-icer. It comes complete with a 43-in. boom that sprays a 120-in. swath. It's equipped with a 20-ft hose and a spray wand for spot spraying lawns, shrubs, trees, etc. The fully adjustable brass spray wand tip achieves streams up to 30 ft. It comes equipped with rubber feet and custom brackets, which secure to the Gator bed, for a no tools mount.

25-gal. (95-L) Gator bed sprayer

The improved 25-gal. (95-L) Gator bed sprayer is designed to work with all steel bed and deluxe cargo box Gator Utility Vehicles (except CX), and provides an excellent way to apply spray materials such as liquid fertilizer, weed killer, tree spray, and de-icer. It comes complete with a 109-cm (43-in.) boom that sprays a 304.8 cm (120-in.) swath. It is equipped with a 5.8-m (19-ft) hose and a spray wand for spot spraying lawns, shrubs, trees, etc. The fully adjustable brass spray wand tip achieves streams up to 9.1 m (30 ft). Engineered brackets secure the unit to Gator bed with no tools or additional strapping required.

The standard Gator boom is compatible with all Gator sprayer models and is sold separately for the HP Gator sprayers. This fixed boom is conveniently sized at 43 in. (1.1 m) and does not extend wider than the Gator bed, but it is perfect for covering ground quickly and thoroughly with a 120-in. (3-m) spray swath.

WARN winch

This strong, 12-V winch has an impressive pulling capacity of 1134 kg (2500 lb). It is equipped with a water-resistant contactor that supplies the amperage required for higher pulling capacities. The kit also includes a wiring harness that allows for a quick connection to the winch at the front of the Gator™ utility vehicle. The rear wiring harness with quick connection can be purchased through Parts.

The winch has a 3.05-m (10-ft) lead and a water-resistant remote for safe-distance operation. It also comes with a four-way roller fairlead to minimize rope abrasion and pulling resistance.

The kit comes with the winch, receiver mounting plate, and wiring for front mount. This winch is compatible with 31.75-mm (1.25-in.) front and rear receiver hitches.
