High-capacity alternator

The high-capacity alternator provides additional amperage output required when operating certain electrical attachments at low idle for long periods of time.

At high idle, the kit provides up to an additional 60 amps for a cumulative output of 82 amps when combined with the vehicle's existing output. At low idle, the output is approximately an additional 22 amps.

NOTE: High-capacity alternator kits are available for the HPX 4x4 (gas model only).

Backup alarm kit

The backup alarm kit alerts pedestrians when the Gator™ utility vehicle is operating in reverse. It includes an alarm, mounting bracket, wire harness, and switch.

Front hood rack

Expand the work capabilities of a Gator™ Utility Vehicle with the addition of the front hood rack designed specifically for all model year 2011 Gator XUV625i, XUV825i, XUV855D, and M-Gator A2 Utility Vehicles. This generously sized rack (121.9-cm [48 in.] long x 34.3-cm [13.5 in.] wide x 8.9-cm [3.5 in.] deep) will haul up to a 45.4-kg (100-lb) payload.

It is also compatible with model year 2013-current Gator XUV825i S4 and 855D S4 Utility Vehicles, and model year 2018-current gas and diesel HPX Utility Vehicles.

The rack easily mounts to the required BM22841 front brush guard. Once mounted, the rack tilts forward with the brush guard to allow full access to under-hood storage and service points.

The front hood rack is compatible with the occupant protective structure (OPS), OPS poly windshields, and deluxe cab system. The front windshield will open to the vent position, but it will not open all the way unless the front hood rack is swung forward.

Remote air-intake filter

The air cleaner relocation kit is designed to lower the engine intake noise by moving the remote engine air-intake filter inlet to the outside of the battery enclosure, reducing resonance and vibration through the battery box. The kit permits easy access to the air filter for service. It is not recommended to install this kit when the vehicle is used in extreme dusty conditions as the air filter intake is now located outside of the vehicle.

Overview

The 0.3-m³ (10-cu ft) in-bed spreader easily expands the capabilities and productivity of operators with Gator XUV825 and XUV855 Full-Size Crossover and HPX Work Series Utility Vehicles. Featuring exclusive controls and ample hopper capacity, these spreaders are the ideal spreading solution to help operators quickly apply large amounts of ice melt materials.

Benefits

• Easily control the spreader with the 9-cm (3.5-in.) weatherproof, color display. Four push buttons are used to navigate functions including independent adjustment of the auger and spinner speeds, vibratory motor settings, reverse on the auger to clear out jammed material, and unload mode to completely empty the hopper. Spreader hitch and control box

Spreader hitches and control boxes are designed to work specifically with 85-L (3-cu ft) salt and fertilizer spreaders and 141.6-L (5-cu ft) drop spreaders. Each hitch features a spring-loaded mechanism to allow for quick spreader attachment and detachment. Additionally, the hitch can be easily lowered to provide access for routine service.

Weather-resistant control boxes provide fingertip control of the spreader's functionality. One rocker switch turns the spreader on and off. For fertilizer spreaders, a second rocker switch handles gate adjustments to control the rate of material flow. Especially useful for working around properties and job sites, the windshield washer kit includes these components:

• Mounting bracket
• Hardware
• Spray nozzle
• Large reservoir with electric pump, harness, and hose

The reservoir assembly bolts to the bottom right rear of the cab frame. A convenient overhead-mounted on/off rocker switch controls the windshield wiper and washer fluid. As with all Gator electrical kits, the washer kit ties into the vehicle's wiring harness for quick installation.
