We're thrilled to announce that Heritage Tractor (previously Martin Tractor) has officially opened its doors at 19312 US Hwy 54, Rockport, Illinois. This facility replaces the Pleasant Hill store, but don't worry – it's only a short 10-minute drive away!


Our new location offers a state-of-the-art John Deere dealership for Pike County and the surrounding western Illinois communities. Whether farming is your lifestyle or you simply love green tractors, there are several reasons to be excited about the Rockport store:

Our new Rockport home isn't just any piece of land. This site holds a special place in the hearts of Pike County locals and residents of the surrounding areas. Many will remember it fondly as the home of the Clark 54 Drive-In movie theater. For decades, families packed their cars and headed out to enjoy movies under the stars. With a capacity of 300 cars on the expansive 10-acre property, the drive-in was a beloved community gathering spot. And at just $1 per vehicle, it was an affordable treat for everyone.

Originally opened in 1952 by local businessman Clark Armentrout, the Clark 54 Drive-In was a true local treasure. Armentrout also owned the Zoe Theatre in Pittsfield as well as Clark Theatres in Pittsfield, Barry, Louisiana, MO, and Shelbina, MO, demonstrating his commitment to bringing entertainment to the region. Sadly, after entertaining generations, the drive-in closed its gates in 2014 due to the challenges of transitioning to digital projection.
